I'm a 23 years-old software engineer who's been developing code since 2014, mainly focused on Web Development. As a technical leader, I spent most of my time researching for new, innovative, technologies we don't implement now and may be a good spot to extend our set of technologies with. Other responsibilities I have at Wolox are: - Being responsible for the backend architecture in several projects, developing and overseeing development done by different teams, heavily focused on performance, scalability and maintainability. - Promote innovation and continuous improvement in the mentioned technologies for development process, as well as, new technologies implementations. - Promote innovation and continuous improvement in the mentioned technologies for development process, as well as, new technologies implementations. - Interviewer of job applicants. Most significant technologies I've work with in these years are Node, Ruby on Rails, Angular and React. To conclude, I can define myself as a passionate of any kind of leadership. Being a leader is one of the hardest, but most grateful, skill to develop as it's necessary to achieve whatever goal you have in mind.
