In this talk, we'll introduce the CrowdTangle tool and its available API endpoints which can be used for for rapid prototyping (and production-ready products). We will spotlight projects built using these API endpoints during recent Facebook Journalism Project (FJB) Hackathons — including a news messenger bot and a tool which visualizes stories on a trustworthy and ideological spectrum. We hope this provides inspiration for the Media Party Hackathon.
