It does so by using an algorithm to look at the distinct attributes of the interaction between the audience and content, particularly those related to engagement, loyalty and exposure. The algorithm lets journalists know how their content is performing, slicing the results by author, topic, sections, article and source of traffic. The service is substantially different in its focus due to its strategic focus, looking at content behavior in context as opposed to real-time.
