The workshop would be focused on the Design Thinking process, a methodology created to solve problems combining creativity, rationality and empathy. By focusing on the people with the problem, the people attending the workshop would learn a way to come up with ideas that solve the root problem those people have. The workshop would consist of different stages 1. Empathy: learn how to empathize with the people you're analyzing, to understand the problem throughly. 2. Definition: With the input from your observation, define your challenge: what are you trying to solve? 3. Ideation: Diverge coming up with loads of ideas, no matter how good are they, volume is what matters here. 4. Evaluation: Decide which ideas better solve your challenge, and see which are easier to tackle or have more impact 5. Prototyping: Build a beta version of your solution! Try it out with your users 6. Narration: Make a story out of your problem and solution to convince others. Remember, people won't remember what you said, but how they felt hearing you.
